To make the most of the versatility of the plant, a new function has been developed that allows the streamlining of extraction from alternative wood materials such as chips or similar, in an automatic recirculation system.

Enologica Vason has carefully selected the Frammento^® Line, valuable technologies for aging wines. The conventional usage process involves the infusion of wood fragments gathered in nets, which is performed directly in the tank of the mass to be treated, with contact times that generally can be one or a few months, depending on the oenological objective sought.

The new feature, called "Oak function" avoids the occurrence of such situations, making the process simpler, faster and more efficient.
