MFTS is the first filter designed by taking into consideration wine first and engineering second. This is the only way to ensure the wine will remain unchanged during the filtering process. The beverage industry has long since requested a filtering technology that is economical, as well as able to handle large volumes daily and to respect the organoleptic and structural features of the products to be processed.
JU.CLA.S. has devised and manufactured MFTS, a system deisgned to last: even if the filtering material changes, JU.CLA.S. will always be ready to suggest the best materials. The interchangeability of the materials is guaranteed by the use of vessels for standard format modules. The particular membranes the standard MFTS is provided with are cost-effective, and have been chosen according to the types of products to be filtered, boasting particulary inert polymers that do not affect the solution components of the wine.
Thanks to our knowledge of how to manage polarising gel, by means of the J/DP Control System, the filter acts as a perfect polishing filter, removing only suspended particles. Furthermore, since it does not absorb wine colloids, it ensures the organoleptic characteristics of the filtered product are restored quickly.
