MASTERMIND® REMOVE LAB UNIT

Laboratory dealcoholisation unit

The MASTERMIND® REMOVE LAB UNIT laboratory unit dedicated to alcohol reduction is designed to faithfully and controllably replicate the process used in the industrial plants of the MASTERMIND® REMOVE line.
It is a tool conceived for research activities, preliminary testing, protocol development, and qualitative evaluations, allowing operation on small volumes of wine or other alcoholic beverages prior to large-scale production.

Like MasterMind® Remove, the MMR Lab Unit enables controlled alcohol reduction without altering the color, structure, or aromatic profile of the wine. It handles volumes from 3 to 30 L and extracts up to 1 L/h of alcohol.

The MASTERMIND® REMOVE LAB UNIT represents a flexible, compact, and scientifically reliable tool for the study of alcohol reduction.
