Technology 4.0 for assessing the tartaric stability of wines

SMARTCHECK® is an innovative instrument that is capable of performing an evaluation of the tartaric stability of wines by means of an analysis based on the principle of the mini-contact test, which involves following the fall in conductivity (crystal growth) following the addition of potassium bitartrate to a wine subjected to continuous agitation at low temperature.
The analysis with SMARTCHECK® can be conducted at 5 different temperatures for the time required by the operator; this makes it a “direct” instrument that can be used to carry out more in-depth scientific studies and to run the production stages, by obtaining a specific parameter, even in terms of repeatability.
The results can be viewed in real time on an intuitive three-screen display, where you can follow the test via temperature indicators and initial, instantaneous and differential conductivity parameters.
