Powder product dissolver

Horizontal dissolvers, also known as Triblenders, are designed for the effective incorporation and dissolution of solids into liquids. Starting from a wine product that can be perfectly preserved in an anhydrous form, it is possible to prepare homogeneous and lump-free solutions, in order to make it ‘dosable’ proportionally through our MULTIDOSA systems.
The system is standalone, yet it is possible to construct independent groups for dissolution and precision dosing that can operate 24/7 on one or more lines at the same time.

AREAS OF APPLICATION

The described system is suitable for dissolving various adjuvants and additives employed in the wine-making and food industries overall:
• Citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, etc.
• Animal and plant proteins
• Tannins
• Powdered enzymes
• Stabilisers such as metatartaric acid, CMC, etc.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The dissolution system must be connected to an external support tank to allow for the recirculation of liquid and optimal incorporation of solids.
It consists of a centrifugal pump equipped with a horizontal Venturi system and an upper hopper with a butterfly valve for introducing solids.
The flow of the liquid generates a depression at the base of the hopper, facilitating the suction and dissolution of solids directly inside the pump body.
